Our grievance mechanism is available to all stakeholders, internal and external and is designed to ensure that concerns are received, reviewed, and addressed in a fair, confidential, and timely manner.

Confidentiality and Protection Against Retaliation
Maclean ensures the protection of the identity of individuals who raise concerns or report grievances in good faith and protects them from retaliation. We will:
• Treat all reports as confidential to the greatest extent possible.
• Protect the identity of the reporting person where practical.
• Prohibit retaliation, discrimination, intimidation, harassment, or any adverse action against anyone who reports a concern or participates in an investigation in good faith.Any act of retaliation will itself be treated as a serious breach of company policy.

Anonymous Reporting
Anonymous reports are accepted. While anonymous reports may limit our ability to obtain additional information during the investigation, every reasonable effort will be made to assess and investigate the concern based on the information provided. Providing your contact details may assist us in conducting a more thorough investigation and communicating the outcome where appropriate.
Good Faith Reporting
We encourage reports made honestly and in good faith. Knowingly submitting false or malicious allegations may result in appropriate action. However, no action will be taken against any person who raises a genuine concern in good faith, even if the concern is ultimately not substantiated.
How We Handle Your Report
We handle every grievance through a structured and impartial process to ensure that concerns are properly reviewed and addressed. Appropriate actions will be taken based on the findings of the investigation.
